Mary Sue Baldassarre

Mary Sue is the Director of Operations at Ignited where she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. With years of experience in operations, accounting and finance, Mary Sue is all about building efficient systems, solving problems, boosting productivity, and creating work environments where people feel supported and empowered.

She is deeply committed to the transformative power of education and spent many years as a volunteer liaison at her children’s school, helping bridge the gap between teachers and the community to support hands-on learning experiences. Mary Sue holds a BS in Business and an MA in English from San Francisco State University.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking along the coast with her dog, throwing pottery, baking sourdough, or getting lost in a good book.
